Secure vehicle against rolling

Vehicle must stand on level, horizontal ground.

Danger!

Risk of death. Death may result if vehicle slips or topples from the lifting platform.

Align vehicle between the columns of the hydraulic hoist and position the four support plates below the hoist support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

Lift the front axle and rotate both wheels until the oil filler openings point downwards

Lower the front axle and unscrew the plugs of the oil filler opening (30)

Allow the oil to run out completely.

Lift the front axle and rotate both wheels until the oil filler openings point upwards

Fill wheel hubs with new oil

Measure oil quantity exactly before filling.

Testing

Inspect oil level, adjust to correct level if necessary.

Screw in oil filler opening bolts (30)

Replace sealing rings.
