4 Pressure reservoir
5 Bolts
6 Securing clamp
7 Vent connection
1 | Undo bolts (3, 5) from pressure reservoir (4) | Take off mounting clamp (6) for this step. | |
2 | Withdraw vent connection (7) on pressure reservoir (4) | To do so swivel pressure reservoir (4) to one side. | |
Check sealing ring on vent connection (7), and replace if necessary. | |||
3 | Clean transmission | Clean area around oil filler screw (1) and oil drain screw (2) | |
4 | Unscrew oil filler screw (1) and oil drain screw (2) | ||
5 | Drain transmission oil | Drain oil when hot. | |
6 | Screw in oil drain plug (2) | | |
7 | Fill with transmission oil | It is absolutely essential to keep to the filling capacity specified in the table. | |

8 | Check oil level | The correct oil level is 10 mm below the bottom edge of the filler hole. | |
Carry out measurement e.g. with slanted hexagon socket wrench and correct the transmission oil level if necessary. | |||
9 | Screw in oil filler screw (1) | | |
10 | Position pressure reservoir (4) | Mount vent connection (7) and turn in bolt (3). | |
Do not tighten bolt (3). | |||
11 | Position mounting clamp (6) on pressure reservoir (4) | Tighten screws (3, 5). | |
