1	Set the slide valve of the heater control to maximum
2	Unscrew cap (2).
3	Open the coolant drain plug (3) and collect the coolant in a vessel	 The old coolant must be drained completely. While disposing of the fuel, pay attention to legal provisions and local waste water regulations!
4	Screw on the coolant drain plug tightly in the cooler		*BA20.20-N-1001-01K
5	Fill the coolant till the fold (arrow) in the expansion reservoir (2)	 Use only the specified composition of coolant.

		Antifreeze tester
 Danger!	Risk of accident caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. 6	Start engine and bleed cooling and heating system	 Run engine for about 1 minute at varying revs. Fill up the fuel again. The cooling system is filled correctly if the coolant is at the fold (arrow) of the expansion reservoir (1).
7	Switch off the engine
8	Screw on cap (2).
