Checking

Check radiator for external debris

In the event of debris:

Clean radiator

- subject to separate repair order.

Check that the radiator and expansion reservoir are not damaged

If any damage or defects are found:

Repair or replace radiator or expansion reservoir

- subject to separate repair order.

Inspect all lines and hoses of the cooling and heating system for undamaged condition, routing free of chafing points and proper attachment as well as for leaks at the connection points

If any damage or defects are found:

Replace lines or hoses; if necessary, route and attach to specification

- subject to separate repair order.
