	Removing
1	Remove charge air cooler
	Checking
2	Check charge air cooler for external debris	 In the event of debris: 
		Clean charge air cooler - subject to separate repair order.
3	Check charge air cooler for damage	 If necessary check charge air cooler for leaks. If damage is present 
		Replace charge air cooler - subject to separate repair order.
	Clean
4	Clean the front and back of the charge air cooler	 Start the cleaning on the back (side towards fan wheel). Blow out light soiling with compressed air or spray out with water. Spray out severe soiling with a steam cleaner.
		 Guide water jet at right angles and at an adequate distance to the lamella in order to avoid damage.
	Install
5	Install charge air cooler
