◻ | V belts (fan drive): Check for condition. If necessary, adjust the tension of the drive belts | ||

◻ | Fuel pre-filter: Clean the filtering element | ||
◻ | Air filter with paper element: Clean the automatic dust discharge valve | ||
◻ | Electric installation: Check the fastening of the electric wires on the terminals of the starter, alternator, batteries and ground connections. Check if the electric wires do not present rubbing points on components or on the vehicle structure | ||
Check the tightness and condition | |||
◻ | Cooling system: Radiator, hoses and pipes | ||
◻ | Fuel and lubrication systems: Pipes and flexible pipes of fuel and engine oil | ||
◻ | Intake system: Intake duct between the filter and the engine | ||
Check if the bolts and nuts are tightened. Re-tighten if necessary | |||
◻ | Engine: Injection pipes, exhaust manifold and flange, clamps of hoses and flexible pipes, fuel pipes and lubricant oil, oil pan (series 300 engines), engine brackets | ||
