Operate level control lock-out switch (S77/1s1) (lamp in switch illuminated)

Only carry out testing if vehicle lowers or does not lift up at the front axle.

The vehicle must be on its wheels for testing.

The vehicle is in the "normal level" position

Check oil level in oil reservoir (2) and correct if necessary

Disconnect leak oil hoses (LHS/RHS) of spring struts (11) from leak oil lines (arrow)

Seal leak oil lines with coupling (038f) and bleed screw (038n)

Disconnect return line (T) and oil reservoir (2) and hold in measuring vessel together with oil drain hose (061)
