Location
The fuel pump relay is located on the SAM control unit along with the fuse and relay module at the bottom on the left in the luggage compartment.
Task
The fuel pump relay actuates the fuel pump (M3) with voltage from "Circuit 30".

N10/2kA Fuel pump relay
Function
If the fuel pump relay is actuated by the CDI control unit (N3/9) with a ground signal at "Circuit 85", it closes its power contact. With a closed power contact the fuel pump is connected to " Circuit 30" via "Circuit 87".
