Prerequisites: The mechanical adjustment of the folding door is OK and the end position damping on the actuating cylinder is adjusted correctly.
Checking
1 Check slow start valve (2)
The folding door must close slowly and continuously, and immediately after reaching the lock position a switching noise should be audible inside the slow start valve (2).

Adjust
2 Depressurize folding door control.
3 Perform basic setting, for this purpose completely screw adjustment screw (3) into slow start valve (2) and then unscrew 1/4 turn.
4 Supply folding door control with compressed air.
5 Recheck slow start valve (2), if necessary depressurize folding door control and perform further adjustments.
6 Screw adjustment screw (3) in 1/8 turns past the basic position.
When the folding door hits after the basic position.
7 Screw adjustment screw (3) in 1/8 turns past the basic position.
If, after basic setting, the folding door closes too slowly or not completely.
Replace slow start valve (2) if the test specifications are not reached even after several corrections.
