Mark separating points and cut (areas A and B).
Do not make the cuts too deep. Otherwise the components below can be damaged and weakened.
Model 447.8 with code PS2 (AMG line) Model 448.8 with code CN1 (Exterior rocker panel) Determine separating point in area A so that there is sufficient distance to the attachment points of the mounting rail on the longitudinal member panel.
Scribe separating point on A-pillar outer section (1) depending on degree of damage (area A).
