Retainer wrench

1	Install the actuation flange (1).

2	Install a new collar nut (2).

3	Install the  locking key in the actuation flange (1), and tighten the collar nut (2).  e .  .

 Do not use a pneumatic device to tighten the collar nut (2) as this can damage the tapered roller bearings.

4	Cut the nut locking lip at the locking groove region, bending the lock up to the bottom of the groove, in such a manner that the lock contacts the left side of the groove.
