Disconnect ground line of on-board electrical system battery (G1).

Remove engine stabilizer mount.

Remove CDI control unit (N3/36) along with holder.

Remove nut (1).

Loosen engine compartment fuse and relay module (K40/10) and place to one side with connected electric lines.

Do not crush or kink or subject electric lines to tension.
This will result in damage to the electric lines and can impair their function.

 Screws (2) must be accessible.

Remove screws (2).

Remove fuse box (3).

 The fuse box (3) is not removed completely.

Mount engine support fixture and hook on engine.

Swivel strut (8) out of working area.

Remove screws (9).

Swivel the engine mount (10) together with the engine carrier out over the screw (5) and remove.



Check

Check the engine mount (10) and the engine carrier for damage.

If damage is detected on the engine mount (10) or the engine carrier,



replace the engine mount (10) and the engine carrier.

Install in the reverse order.
