Prepare the main electric wiring harness

In the main electric wiring harness (1) there are two yellow wires (ge) (CAN-L) and two blue wires (bl) (CAN-H), one shorter pair (yellow and blue) for the tachograph and another one longer pair for the FleetBoard.
1 At the (B) end of the main electric wiring harness (1), identify the yellow and blue wires connected to the FleetBoard connector (X126) located in the opposite end (A).
2 Attach the yellow wire (1.4) to the cavity 18/16 of the 18-way connector (X1)
3 Attach the blue wire (1.5) to the cavity 18/18 of the 18-way connector (X1)

Install the main electric wiring harness

4 Identify and insulate the wires for the tachograph (1.1, 1.2, 1.3) at the end (A) of the main electric wiring harness (1).
5 Install the main electric wiring harness (1) by the FleetBoard console through the roof lining, along the pillar-A (at right) up to the electric center.

Connect the main electric wiring harness to the parameterizable special module (PSM)
6 Install the electric terminals (2) on the wires 1.6, 1.7 and 1.8 at end (B) of the electric wiring harness (1) and insulate the remaining wires.
7 Attach the connector (X1) of the main electric wiring harness (3) to the ST1 point (arrow) of the PSM module (A22).

Connect the main electric wiring harness to the basic module (A7)
8 Connect the black and yellow wire "KL15" (1.6) to the cavity 18/6 on the connector X14 (A7.14) of the basic module (A7).
For the KL15 install the 10A fuse in the F29 seat of the basic module (A7).
9 Connect the red and lilac wire "KL30" (1.7) to the cavity 18/15 on the connector X10 (A7.10) of the basic module (A7).
For the KL30 install the 10A fuse in the F5 seat of the basic module (A7).
10 Connect the brown wire (1.8) to any cavity available in the connector X6 (A7.6) of the basic module (A7).
