Apply the levers (1)

Located on the left and right edges of the panel.

Tilt the engine hood (A)

In chassis 694.0 and 695.0; lock the hood by placing the safety rod (2) to its existing fitting on the top end of the spring.

When closing, reposition the rod in its housing at the bottom.

In chassis 384.0 and 386.0, open the engine hood until it locks.

To close the hood, unlock previously, applying the lever (3a) to the safety lock(3).

The correct closing of the engine hood must be made always from the front, to lock it on both latches simultaneously
