1 | Remove the central nut (18), the nuts (22), the smooth washers (20), the springs housing (19), the smooth washer (16), the gasket ring (15), the spring plates (13), the springs (12), the diaphragm plates (11), the diaphragm (8), the central washer (10) and the outer washers (9) | ||
2 | Remove the springs housing (19) and gasket ring (15) | ||
3 | Remove from the housing(1) the support rings (7) and the valve inserts (6) | ||
4 | Remove from circuit 21 and 22 the protective rings (2), and from circuits 23 and 24 the gasket rings (4) and the discs (3) | ||
5 | Remove the sealing rings (5) from the valve inserts (6) | ||
6 | Remove the threaded pins (14) pressing them in the springs housing (19) | ||
7 | Should it be necessary to replace the case (1), remove the threaded pins (21) and the nut (22) | ||

8 | Clean the components and examine the parts for wear | Utilize products adequate for cleaning the rubber and plastic components, otherwise they may be damaged. | |
The repair kit components must be replaced whenever the valve is disassembled. | |||
| Assembling | ||
9 | Install in the housing of springs (19) the threaded pins (14, 17) and the sealing ring (15) | After the end of the adjustment and tests, the threaded pins (14) must be locked with chemical lock. | |
10 | Assemble the sealing rings (5) in the valve (6) inserts. | ||
11 | Assemble on circuits 21 and 22 of the housing (1) ; the protective rings (2) and the valve inserts (6) | ||
12 | Assemble in circuits 23 and 24 of the housing, the discs (3), the gasket rings (4), the valve inserts (6) and the support rings (7) | ||
13 | Install the washers (9, 10) and the diaphragm (8) so it is well centered | ||
14 | Assemble on the diaphragm (8) the diaphragm plates (11), the springs (12) and the spring plates (13) | ||
15 | Assemble on the housing (19), the smooth washers (20), the central smooth washer (16), tighten the nuts (22) and (18) gradually and crosswise | | |
