1 | Disconnect the filter (41) using a belt wrench and remove the sealing ring (42) from the body (1) | Assembling: Fit the new sealing ring and check the filter's condition, periodicity and if necessary, replace it. | |
Screw the filter manually, until it reaches the body and tighten it approximately half a turn more. | |||
2 | Loosen the screw (38) and remove the exhaust neck (40) | ||
3 | Loosen the screws (38) and remove the cover (36) together with the shaped gasket (35), the spring (34) and the cone of the check valve (33) | ||
4 | Loosen the adjusting screw (2) and relieve the spring tension | ||
5 | Remove the retaining ring (3), the cover (4) with its respective sealing ring (5), the spring disk (6), the spring (7), the spring housing (8), the plunger (9) with its respective sealing rings (10) and (11) | ||
6 | From the body (1) remove, the retaining ring (12), the washer (13) and the sealing ring (11) | ||
7 | Remove the plug (23) with its sealing washer (22) | ||
8 | Remove the retaining ring (21), the guide bushing (19) with its respective sealing rings (20), the spring (18), the plunger (16), with its respective sealing ring (14), the sealing ring (15) and the sealing washer (17) | ||
9 | Remove the retaining ring (25) from the valve formed by the case (27) and its sealing ring (26), the stem with its sealing ring (28) and the taper spring (30) | ||

10 | Clean the components and examine the parts for wear | Use a suitable cleaning agent for rubber and plastic components, otherwise they may be damaged. | |
The repair kit components must be replaced every time the valve is disassembled. | |||
11 | Assemble in reverse order | ||

12 | Install the air dryer and the pressure regulator on the bench and carry out the test and respective adjustments | Knorr air desiccator and pressure regulator. |
