For the brake caliper SN7000 follow the work steps 1 to 9:

1 The housing of the bronze bushing (7) will have to be clean and in perfect conditions. Eliminate any type of burr, if present.

2 The bronze bushing will have to be dry installed, with no lubrication at all.

3 Position the set of tools (K13) with the plain washer (AL), (K17), position the bronze bushing (7) and finally position the tool (K14).

4 Confirm the correct positioning of the tools before starting installing the bushing.

5 Turn the hexagon of the tool (K13) with an appropriate socket and start pressing in the bronze bushing (7) into its seat in the brake caliper.
It is important to observe the correct positioning of the bushing at the beginning of the pressing operation .

6 Continue turning the tool (K13) hexagon until concluding installation of the bronze bushing (7) in its seat in the brake caliper.
