Disassemble
1 Secure the bevel gear with the differential to assembly support and mark it in relation to the position in the differential case.
2 Remove the fastening bolts.
3 Remove the bevel gear tapping lightly around its rim with a plastic hammer
Wash and check the bevel gear for wear and damage.

Assembling
4 Heat up the bevel gear to 80 oC and install it on the differential, observing the position markings in relation to the differential case.
5 5 Install and tighten the bevel gear fastening bolts.
