Assembling
1 Install the thrust washer on the lower planetary gear .
The lubrication groove (1) of the washer must be facing the gear.

2 Secure the differential case on the assembly support and assemble the lower planetary gear with the thrust washer.

3 Assemble on the spider, the planetary gears and the pressure washers.
4 Assemble the spider with gears on the differential case cover.

5 Assemble, on the upper planetary gear, the thrust washer.
The lubrication groove of the washer must be facing the gear.
6 Assemble the sun gear assembly on the planetary gears and the spider.

7 Install the differential case on the cover
Observe the identification number of the assembly position (A), engraved on the cover and on the case.

8 Install and tighten the differential case fastening bolts.
