Disassemble/assemble rear wheel hub

Disassemble

1

Remove the rear wheel hub (11)

Hit with a pin in both hub holes (11) and remove the oil collector (16)

Remove the sealer (15) by the hub internal side

Remove the bearing (14)

5

Remove the tapered roller bearing tracks (13) and (9)



Remove the bolts of the wheel (11) hub (12)

 Hit with a soft material pin in order to not damage the threads.



Check

7

Clean all the components, check them and replace if necessary

 Remove the use grease from the hub so that it is perfectly clean and dry.



Assemble

Install the bolts (12) in the rear wheel hubs (11)

9

Install from outside the hub the new external bearing track (9)



Install from inside the hub the new internal bearing track (13)



Install from inside the hub the new tapered roller bearing (14)

 Grease with grease.

Install a new sealer (15)

 Apply a sealing agent in the external surface.

 Lubricate the sealer lips with grease.

 Apply a sealing agent .

Install the wheel hub (11) in the rear axle

 Previously complete all the internal space of the wheel hub with grease.
