1 Install the extraction device (17) with two screws in the coupling flange (9) so that the screws press the screw collar (10) with approx. 30 Nm and the extraction device is flat to the coupling flange.
This way the taper roller bearings outer rings will be axially tensioned and the balancing rings halves cannot slide inside the oil groove when removing the pinion.
