1 | Remove the fastening bolts (1) and the pressure plate (2) of the flange (3) | | |
2 | Remove the flange (3) | | |
3 | Remove the rear cover fastening bolts (6) and (7) and the washers (8) | ||
4 | Remove the rear cover (11) | ||
5 | Remove the recess of the cover (11) the compensating washers (13), (14) and (15), and the distance ring (12) | ||
6 | Remove the seals (5) and (4) | ||
7 | Wash the cover (16) and remove the sealing gasket residue of the seating surface | ||
| Install | ||
8 | Install the rear cover seals | ||
9 | Adjust the axial clearance of the main shaft rear bearing | ||
10 | Adjust the axial clearance of the rear countershaft | ||
11 | Adjust the axial clearance of the rear input shaft bearing | ||
12 | Install the rear cover (11) with a new sealing gasket (16) | ||
13 | Install the washers (8) the bolts (7) and (6) with micro-encapsulated thread and tighten them to the specified torque | The fastening bolts may be reused provided their thread are cleaned and a sealing product is applied. | |

14 | Heat-up the coupling flange (3) and assemble it on the rear main shaft | Do not apply direct flame. | |
15 | Install the bolt (1), with the pressure plate (2) and tighten it to the specified torque | | |
