Removing and installing

Remove the gear control cylinder

Remove the selector's control cylinder

Detach the connector and remove the selector's (B61) sensor



Detach the connector and remove the gears (B60) sensor



Remove the snap-ring (1)

Installing: The snap-ring (1) will have to be installed in such way the cam disc (2) is tensioned initially by the bulged part of the snap-ring.

Remove the cam disc (2)

Installing: Lubricate the cam disc (2) with long lasting grease.

Remove the screws (4) and (5)



Remove the shift control housing from the gearbox

 When removing the shift control housing from the gearbox turn it a little (counterclockwise).

Remove the needle bearing from the housing front part

Remove the control housing (6) from the bearing cover flange (3)

 Be careful in order not to damage the components mating surfaces; utilize only plastic made tools.

Installing: Apply sealing compound on the contact surfaces
