Inspect
1 Install the additional guide (5.2) on the calibrator (5.1).
2 Assemble the control (4) with the completing sleeve (5.3) on the calibrator (5.1), lock the control (4) against displacement with 2 screws.
Shift lever (1) and the selector (6) are to be positioned at the same level.
3 Install the completing positioner (5.4) on the calibrator (5.1).
4 Inspect with feeler gage, the adjustment of the selector (6).
The measurement of the slot (arrows) has to be equal in both sides.
Adjust
During the selector (6) adjustment, ensure that the shift pin (7) is lodged in the shift segment and positioned in neutral.
5 Heat-up the shift lever (1) in the threaded pins area (2) and remove them with the 5 mm Allen “T” key (3).
6 Install the new threaded pins (2) and adjust the clearance on the selector (6).
Do not turn the threaded pins (2) after the micro-encapsulated application, as the correct locking will no longer be guaranteed.
