1 | Remove the counter shaft brake cover (1) | Clean and check, if necessary, the counter shaft brake quick exhaust valve: | |
Replace the counter shaft brake quick exhaust valve. | |||

2 | Remove the O-ring (2) | Install:Replace the O-ring (2). | |
3 | Remove the membrane (3) | Install: The TOP printing must be visible. | |
4 | Remove the piston (4) | ||
5 | Remove the pressure pin (5) and the spring (6) | ||
6 | Remove the internal (8) and external discs (7) | Install: Observe the assembling sequence for the internal (8) and external discs (7). The oil passage grooves (arrows) in the 3 discs with internal teeth (8) must be aligned. | |

7 | Check the internal discs (8) wearing, if necessary replace it | When replacing the internal discs (8), they must remain, before being installed, approximately 8h in cold gear oil, or 10 min. in hot oil (Approx. 70°) for gears. | |
8 | Remove the counter shaft brake housing (9) | | |
9 | Remove the O-ring (10) and the seal ring (11) | Install: Replace the O-ring (10) and the seal ring (11). | |
10 | Install in reverse order |
