Remove and install the reverse intermediate gear wheel shaft
1 Unscrew the bolt and remove the retaining plate.
2 Screw the adapter on the intermediate gear wheel shaft.
3 Mount the puller and pull out intermediate gear wheel shaft.
Install: Pull the intermediate gear, but before that, align with the guide mandrel the intermediate gear, the roller bearing and pay attention to the position of the groove of the gear axle with regard to the retaining plate.
Removing and installing reverse gear intermediate gear wheel
4 Push the reverse gear's intermediate gear wheel together with the bushing and roller bearing sideways out of the rear part of the gearbox.
Install: The intermediate gear wheel collar must be positioned toward the input shaft.
5 Install in the reverse order
