1 | Remove the switch (S15) and the sealing ring (7) | ||
2 | Remove the actuation rod of the switch (5) from the control case (3), the snap-ring (6) and the sealing ring (4) | ||
3 | Assemble the control cylinder (14) with the control bar (11) | ||
4 | Remove the threaded plug (1) and the spring (2) | ||
5 | Remove the control case (3), the selector fork (9) and the sliding sleeve (20) | Check if the bushing (8) presents wear, if necessary, replace it. | |

6 | Install the bushing (8) in the control case housing (3) | Utilize an appropriate mandrel. | |
7 | Insert the selector fork (9) in the sliding sleeve (20) groove and assemble them in the control case (3) | The collar of the sliding sleeve must point to the drive side. | |
8 | Install in the shifting cylinder (14) a new gasket (13), the control bar (11) with a new sealing ring (10) and a new support ring (12), insert the assembly in the control case (3) | Lubricate the sealing ring (10) and the support ring (12) with synthetic grease | |
Lubricate the inside surface of the shifting cylinder (14) with long lasting grease | |||
Carefully guide the bar to penetrate the orifice of the selector fork (9). | |||
9 | Install the spring (2) and the threaded plug (1) | Tighten the threaded plug until flush with the housing surface, next, tighten it approximately another 1/4 of one turn, until obtaining a penetration of approximately 0.3 mm | |
10 | Install the sealing ring (4) and the snap-ring (6) on the actuation rod of the switch (5). Install the actuation rod of the switch in the control case (3) | Lubricate the actuation switch rod (5) with long lasting lubricant grease. | |
11 | Install and tighten the pressure switch (S15) | Replace the sealing ring (7). | |
