Kühlsystem entlüften

1 Motor 605, 606 im Typ 210: Verschlussstopfen am Zylinderkopf vorn links öffnen, Kühlmittel einfüllen und Verschlussstopfen verschließen, wenn Kühlmittel austritt.

2 Fahrzeugheizung auf maximale Heizleistung schalten und Motor mit mittlerer Motordrehzahl warmlaufen lassen.

3 Kühlmittel ständig nachfüllen, bis der Kühlmittelstand die Markierung in der Einfüllöffnung des Kühlers oder am Kühlmittelausgleichbehälter erreicht.

4 Ab einer Kühlmitteltemperatur von ca. 60 bis 70 °C Einfüllöffnung am Kühler oder Kühlmittelausgleichbehälter mit Verschlussdeckel verschließen.
