1 Support the dial gage carrier (2) on the cylinder head mating surface.
2 Install the dial gage (1) so the feeler touches the cylinder head mating surface with some pre-load.
3 Fasten the dial gage (1) on the carrier (2) and set the scale to zero “0”.
4 Move the dial gage (1) until the feeler touches the valve head surface (3).
Should the obtained value not be within the recommended values (K), check the valve and the valve seat.
