		If the larger end “+” diameter of the go/no-go gage enters in the guide, measure the diameter in the center of the guide length (wear limit). Replace the valve guide if the recommended values are not obtained.
	Remove
3	Remove the valve guides (1, 2) with the drift (5), from the combustion chamber's side to the opposite side		*103589021500
	Install
4	Check the diameter (A) of the valve guide housing.	If necessary repair it with the conventional adjustable reamer (6). Turn the reamer only clockwise. Observe the final diameter, corresponding to the valve guide to be utilized.	*BE05.30-B-1002-02B
		Adjustable reamer, from 13,5 to 15,5 mm	*000589185300
5	Install the new valve guide (1, 2) in the cylinder head (3) with the drift and the limiting bushing (7), from the upper side of the head	Observe the guide outside diameter, corresponding to the housing. Oil the guide with engine oil.	*BE05.30-B-1001-02B

6	Enlarge the valve guide (1, 2) up to a 8,95mm diameter, using an adjustable conventional reamer (8)	Adjustable reamer, from 8,5 to 9,5 mm
		Turn the reamer only clockwise.
7	Enlarge the valve guide (1, 2) until the finishing of diameter (B), with the reamer (9)	Turn the reamer only clockwise.	*BE05.30-B-1003-02B
