	Remove
1	Remove the cylinder head		AR01.30-B-5800TC
2	Disassemble the set of injector holders		AR07.03-B-6831TD
3	Remove the cover (1)
4	Remove the O-Ring (2) of the cover (1)
5	Remove the plunger (3) using pliers (12)	 Check the plunger (3) and the sealing ring (4) for wear and damages, if necessary:  Replace the plunger (3) with the sealing ring (4).

6	Place the appropriate spacer piece (11) between the valve plate and the support		*BR00.45-B-1008-06A
7	Press down the plate of the upper spring (6) with spring plate driver (13) and remove the conical parts (5) with the magnetic pin (15)		*210589004000

8	Relieve the spring (7), remove the upper spring plate (6), spring (7) and the lower spring plate (8)	Install: seat the lower spring plate (8), the spring (7) and the upper spring plate (6) on the valve stem (10).
9	Rotate the cylinder head and remove the valve (10)
10	Remove the sealing ring (9)		*906589026300
	Test
11	Check the assembled parts for wear	Replace it, if necessary.
12	Check the valve seat in the cylinder head for wear	 If necessary, replace the cylinder head.
	Install:
13	Place the valve (10) in the cylinder head	 Lightly grease the valve stem.
14	Place the spacer piece (11) between the valve plate and the support	 Spacer piece thickness approx. 6.0 mm. If necessary, secure the spacer piece (11) with grease in the valve plate.	*BR00.45-B-1008-06A
15	Secure the new sealing ring (9) with grease in the sleeve (14)		*352589026100

16	Place the sealing ring (9) with the sleeve (14) on the valve stem and press it down	 Do not damage the sealing ring (9). Control the position for installing the O-ring (9).

17	Compress the spring (7) with the spring plate driver (13) and place the conical parts (5) in the valve stem groove	 Do not invert the spring guide (8) and the spring plate (6). The conical parts (5) must fit properly. Slowly relive the spring load (7).

18	Install the plunger (3) with the sealing ring (4)	 Grease the plunger (3) and the sealing ring (4). Do not damage the sealing ring (4).
19	Install the new O-Ring (2) on the cover (1)
20	Install the cover (1)
21	Assemble the injector holders set		AR07.03-B-6831TD
22	Install the cylinder head		AR01.30-B-5800TC
