Mechanical service indicator

Check plunger position (1) on the service indicator sight glass (3)

As filter element saturation occurs, depression increases and the plunger is drawn against its spring action, retained in intermediate positions according to the element degree of saturation.

When the plunger is retained in the maximum saturation position (plunger fully visible in the sight glass of the indicator device body), replace filter element.

For models 382.180/181/185/188/189.

After replacing the filter element, press the release button (2) located at the end of the service indicator device to release the plunger, making it return to low-saturation of the air cleaner.

Replace the filter element when the pilot lamp of the service indicator illuminates, indicating its saturation or after the maximum limit of two years
