Open front hatch and remove the radiator grill

Danger!

Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing brake fluid. Risk of injury caused by skin and eye contact with brake fluid

Pour brake fluid only into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing and eye protection when handling brake fluid.

Remove hydraulic line (3) from the clutch master cylinder

Catch emerging brake fluid in a suitable container.

Risk of injury caused by being caught or pinched as cab is tilted

Ensure that no one is within the tilting range of the cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt the cab all the way to the end position and secure with the safety strut.

Install

Attach self-adhesive stop (rubber boot, 4) to frequency modulator (5)

Secure the frequency modulator (1) to the frequency modulator bracket (5) using two tie straps

Connect the hydraulic line (6) to the frequency modulator (4)

7

Install frequency modulator (4) with frequency modulator bracket (5) and hydraulic line (6)

Install and tighten frequency modulator bracket (5) to the entrance bracket (2).

Connect the hydraulic line (3) on frequency modulator (4) and hydraulic line (6) to clutch master cylinder

Install radiator grill and close the front hatch
