Damage to seals on doors and trunk lids:
Warranty processing units have been receiving increasing numbers of rubber seals/sealing frames for which it is not possible to discern the reason for the original complaint after the items are removed from the vehicle.
For this reason, please describe the complaint in detail, mark the damaged spot in color, and send photos of the parts in their installed condition.
