The kingpins can be replaced on the axles listed. The work should be carried out corresponding to the document AR33.25-G-0410B .
Some tools must be shop-made before carrying out the work, see WF58.50-G-3325-04B.
Likewise the coolbox special tool is required for installing new kingpins 346 589 00 63 00.
This special tool is also used for engine repair.

Work units:
We have prepared the work units for the scope of work for Replace kingpin. The implementation takes place as of 05/09.
Welding on axle tube:
Welding work requires special knowledge and should be performed only by well-trained welders observing the "Instructions for repair welding on motor vehicles" and according to the specifications of the vehicle manufacturer.
Welders should be tested at least according to testing group B II, DIN 8560.
