Attach air recirculation covers to radiator and charge air cooler

1 Preassemble side air recirculation cover for charge air cooler.
 Secure the sealing lip (1) to the side shield (2) using rivets.

2 Preassemble upper air recirculation cover for charge air cooler.
 Secure the sealing lip (3) to the upper shield (4) using rivets.

3 Preassemble side air recirculation cover for radiator.
 Secure the sealing lip (5) to the side shield (6) using rivets.

4 Preassemble upper air recirculation cover for radiator.
 Secure the sealing lip (7) to the upper shield (8) using rivets.

 Use new bolts M616 and nuts M6 to secure the upper air recirculation cover (10).

5 Attach side and upper air recirculation cover (9, 10) to charge air cooler (11).

6 Secure side and upper air recirculation cover (9, 10) using bolt (12).

 Use new bolts M616 and nuts M6 to secure the upper air recirculation cover (14).

7 Attach side and upper air recirculation cover (13, 14) to radiator (15).
 Secure the side air recirculation cover (13) using the bolt M820 (16) and nut M8.

8 Secure side and upper air recirculation cover (13, 14) using bolt (17).
