29.5-010 Adjustment of lost motion of hydraulic clutch control
Procedure
Note
Check clutch pedal for ease of movement before starting the adjustment work.
1 Remove pedal cover.
2 Move clutch pedal into release position.
3 The spring on the hexagon nut (39) is to be adjusted to the dimension: "F" as follows.
Clutch MF 280 dimension "F" 44 to 44,5
MF 310 dimension "F" 41 to 41,5
MF 330 dimension "F" 40 to 40,5
MF 350 dimension "F" 40 to 40,5
4 Place 0.4 mm thick shim (arrow) between the stop buffer (23) and clutch pedal (8).
5 Loosen eccentric screw (20).
6 Adjust piston rod play with eccentric bush (21) to "0" play.
7 Lock eccentric bush (21) with eccentric screw (20) and remove shim (arrow).
8 Install pedal cover.
