29.3-055 Removal and installation of bearing bracket with clutch pedal
Removal and installation
1 Open maintenance flap.
2 Extract hydraulic fluid from reservoir.
3 Remove foot mat and trim of foot controls.
4 Disconnect filler hose with adapter on master cylinder.
5 Unscrew pressure pipe (1) on master cylinder (2).
6 Vehicles with front-mounted splitter unit:
Dismantle compressed-air pipes on control valve.
7 Remove hexagon nuts (3) and washers (4) and remove bearing bracket (5).
Installation note
Securely tighten hexagon nuts (3), 20 Nm.
8 Install in reverse sequence.
9 Bleed hydraulic clutch control (29.3-030).
