Removing, installing | |
Locking pin (18) | pull out of fan shroud ring, insert. |
Fan shroud ring (6) | turn to the left (assembly aid on fan shroud ring), place over fan, install. When installing, ensure the studs in the fan shroud (5) are properly located. |
Flat springs (15) | pull off upward, install. |
Fan shroud (5) | remove, install. Note When installing, guide retaining blocks (arrows) of the fan shroud (5) into the mounts at the radiator. |
Fan shroud ring (6) | take out, install. |

Flat springs (15) | pull off upward. |
Fan shroud (5) together with fan shroud ring | center relative to fan (7). |
Flat springs (15) | install. |
