Type of material: 2K acrylic paint
The top coat is applied manually with pneumatic equipment. Only the exterior area including flaps and detachable parts are painted.
On metallic paint and - when requested by customer - non-metallic paint + clear paint, the clear paint is applied after an evaporation time of 20 minutes.
The bodies are air-dried at room temperature for approx.
20 minutes before drying in the recirculated air drier.
The drying time is 60 min. at a temperature of 80 °C.

The belly band (see illustration below) and other colors (design paint according to customer request) are applied in additional operations.
