Material: 2K EP thick coat filler
The primed unfinished bodies are coated with filler in two operations.
During the first operation, the exterior, interior area and underbody are coated.
Drying is then accomplished for 30 min. at a temperature of
130 °C.

After drying, the flaws are repaired. The exterior is then coated with a second layer of filler, which is also baked at 130 °C for
65 min.
The coating thicknesses in the interior and on the underbody are 40-50 μm and 70-110 μm on the exterior.
Application is accomplished manually with pneumatic equipment.
