Processing method:
The stone chip protection filler is an additional outer skin primer and is manually applied using Graco electrostatic guns.
Coating thickness:
The coat thickness is between 22 and 28 μm.
This PUR filler is used to coat the entire body outer skin as well as some areas on the underfloor.
Baking conditions:
Drying at 130 oC object temperature, 25 min in a convection drier together with underfloor protection and seam sealant.
