Filler
Material:
Hydrofiller highly resistant to stone chips or hydrofunction layer
Depending on the color of the top coat, 3 different fillers are used:
White (MB 1 106) for light ivory and arctic white.
Pueblo gray (MB 7 380) for magma red, perlite gray, brilliant silver, and amber red.
Anthracite (MB 7 383) for dark violet, jet black, carbon black, andradite green, and jaspis blue.
Processing method:
Manually pre-sprayed, final coat sprayed with robot/ESTA
Coating thickness:
approx. 25 μm
Baking conditions:
150 °C object temperature, 30 min
Function:
The filler meets the prerequisites for good spreading characteristics and good visual properties for the top coat.
The high resiliency provides good resistance to stone impact in the entire paint structure even at low temperatures.
Corrosion protecting pigments increase the corrosion protection properties, particularly on sheet metal edges.
