Recirculating air pushbutton, function

Function

Pushing the recirculating air pushbutton ( ) activates the recirculation air flap actuator motor (M39), which opens the recirculation air flap by means of a mechanical control mechanism while at the same time cutting off the supply of fresh air.

When the manual recirculation air mode is active the LED in the recirculating air pushbutton ( ) illuminates.

The recirculating air flap actuating motor (M39) is a DC motor.
