Location
The exterior lights switch is located at the left next to the steering wheel in the instrument panel.
Task
Various functions of the exterior lights can be operated by turning the exterior lights switch.
The switch positions of the exterior lights switch are read in voltage-coded.
The following functions can be selected using the exterior lights switch:
Left parking lamp
Right parking lamp
Standing lamp
Auto on/off driving lights "AUTO"
Low beam
The following functions can be operated using the integrated control elements:
Headlamp range control (HRA [LWR]) (vehicles with halogen headlamps and without adjustable damping or air suspension)
Rear fog lights actuation
Brightness of instrument lighting
