Purpose
The passenger-side rear door control module (N69/4) senses the window position of the rear door on the passenger side and stores this information on the passenger compartment bus (CAN B).
The pushbutton control module reads in the signal of the window position of the passenger-side rear door via the CAN B bus to obtain a better control quality when open.
Purpose, convenience locking, recirculated air
Pressing the recirculated air button ) for longer than 1.5 s activates the convenience locking function
The rear door control module on the passenger side stores the momentary window position and closes it automatically when it is open.
When the convenience locking function is completed the window is moved back to the stored position when the recirculated air button ) is pressed for longer than 1.5 s.
