Stop lamp suppression relay, task

Interrupt the voltage supply to the stop lamp switch when the BAS solenoid valve (A7/7y1) is actuated by the ESP, SPS and BAS control module (N47-5).

This prevents the stop lamps coming on when the brake booster is actuated which is only used for stabilizing the vehicle.
