Oil pressure sensor (B12) is located at the front of the engine, beside the oil filter housing.

Task of the oil pressure sensor

Through the oil pressure sensor (B12), the MR/PLD control unit detects the engine oil pressure and sends it over the engine CAN Bus to the FR control unit, which in turn sends it over the vehicle CAN bus to the instrument cluster.
