Camshaft Hall sensor, task

Records the camshaft position in a non-contact manner via a segment on the camshaft sprocket/camshaft adjuster. With the signal from the camshaft Hall sensor the engine control unit detects the ignition TDC position of cylinder 1 (and cylinder 7 on engine 120, 137) and synchronizes the ignition and injection sequence.
