1 Screw 4 mounting brackets (2) onto heater (1).
The long side of the mounting brackets should be against the heater.
2 Position heater on cab floor and insert exhaust fitting into exhaust stack.
3 Align heater with longitudinal axis of vehicle and mark mounting holes for the four mounting brackets on the floor covering.
4 Remove heater from bunk frame.
5 Drill through floor covering and cab floor at marked points with 3.5 mm dia. bit.
6 Remove screen (3) from hot air outlet on heater.

7 Check exhaust fitting on heater. A round sealing ring (arrow) should be installed on the exhaust fitting.
8 Reposition heater on cab floor, align in installation position and screw down to cab floor with mounting brackets.
9 Seal sheet metal screws from outside with sealant and cut off extending threaded shank of sheet metal screws if necessary.
